received my scorp today! (just want to point out this is not the fault of the seller),too long a story to go into! but it arrived dead! was sooooo annoyed! poor little bugger had been packed so badly, considering this WAS done by a professional.must have been shaken around so much, and she was reportedly gestating which makes it even worse! why dont people take the time to THINK about what they are doing, common sense would surely dictate that this isnt the correct way to pack a living thing!the only reason im showing this pic is with the hope that it may educate the less knowledgable people that are thinking about posting living creatures,or this is what happens!

Professional my arse, common sense would surely tell you that it would be the last journey that poor scorpion would ever make.

exactly!money isnt an issue, its just the suffering she must have gone through!im annoyed also as the people who packed this own a pet shop!and have done for a number of years, im sure the person i bought her off wont mind me showing this pic as hes been very sympathetic and dealt with the matter professionally, but the pet shop owners need a good talking to!

Thats an utter shambles!!!

How can anyone be THAT stupid!!.

When my scorps arrive they were in cricket box sort of things with lots of slightly damp paper towel in (to keep humidity up i would imagine) then the whoel box was filled with tons of packing stuff (the wee polystyrene "S" things) and a wee disposable heat mat.

That packing there is just stupid, I hope the box it came in had padding stuff in it, if not thats just COMPLETLY stupid.

sorry for ranblin but this is properly getting me annoyed.
