and do you know what i didn't know there was so many types of carpets before this thread :yikes: i thought there was only Coastals and Jungles!! :P

But i don't favour any, they are all stunning and great snakes! :D

There are loads of different Carpets out there, including lots of different patterned ones. Have a look on Paul Harris's site: http://www.ukpythons.com/en/our-collection.asp - might make you drool though...

They can be snappy as babies, but most of them grow out of it around a year old and with regular handling. If you want one with an all around even temperament, try a Bredl's! :thumb:

i've not had a great deal of experience with carpets, but the few i've handled (young and adult) haven't even tried to bite me. :thumb:
